Better Business Bureau

When you contract to have any work done at your home or business, including installation of an artificial grass lawn or putting green, remember to always check the Better Business Bureau rating of the company.

Companies that are members of the Better Business Bureau have agreed to uphold the membership standards, which includes a commitment to act in accordance with ethical business practices and to respond to any filed complaints in a timely manner.  You need to be concerned if a company is not registered with the BBB and have no one to hold them accountable for the work or service they provide.

In the synthetic grass market, not only should a consumer be concerned if a company is not registered, it should also be concerned if the artificial turf company's rating is not strong.  In the fake grass industry, a strong rating reflects the company's performance in not only soliciting business and installing the artificial lawn, but also and as importantly in the "after-sale" service of the company.  With an artificial lawn, there are issues which may arise from time-to-time with which the consumer may need some guidance, assistance, consultation or actual repair work performed.  Unfortunately, many of the artificial grass companies in the market today are solely interested in the consumer until the project is closed.

At YourTurf, past customers have as high a priority as potential new customers.  This value that YourTurf gives to its customers is reflected in its AAA Better Business Bureau rating.  Those artificial grass companies that have less than stellar ratings are often the very same companies whose past customers contact YourTurf when an issue arises with their artificial lawn.

So, please visit the Better Business Bureau website today and include this step when performing your synthetic grass due diligence.
